This week we found an embarrassing bug. The entire outreach system was built and messages were being written, reviewed, and approved, but when the loan officer hit send, nothing actually went out. The messages just sat there. This week we fixed it, and for the first time the full loop is closed. The AI writes the messages, the loan officer approves them, they go out automatically, contacts reply, the AI handles the conversation, and if someone wants to book a call the calendar gets booked without anyone lifting a finger.
